2007 Ends on a High Note!

So here it is.. the very last day of 2007 and  I just got notice that one of my latest pieces is to be featured among 200 other artworks, published in a beautifully bound coffee table book entitled: “The World’s Greatest Erotic Art of Today – Vol. II” published by Erotic Signature LLC.

This book will be distributed internationally through high street booksellers, specialty stores, museum stores, galleries, libraries, as well as on the internet. 

They will donate 100% of the profit from the book sales for AIDS research and treatment by supporting an international charity dedicated to the continuous fight against HIV/AIDS worldwide through an organization to be announced soon.

I am honored to be a part of this project however I must warn that this book of art is of a very adult nature with works that may cause many to not just blush but perhaps actually faint! (My piece is very tastefully done however [a typical Edward nude] and I am actually surprised they included it since it was so tame compared to what is being featured in the book)

Sneak Peak

My article on how I paint a mermaid covers 10 pages of Art Scene Magazine. you can see a small sneak peak of the article online now here.My personal model Peggy Lee got on the cover (small on the upper left but she will be excited just the same.)

Art Scene 2008

Finishing up editorial work for the first issue of Art Scene International 2008.I will also appear in it with an article on how I paint my mermaid pinups and there will be a review of some of my mermaids series.
